Reservation Guarantee Deposit:
A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night will be required to
guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund:
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund
cancellation deadlines:
RV/Tent: 48 Hours - To cancel your RV/tent reservation, notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days prior to
your scheduled arrival.
Kabin: 7 Days - To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify KOA one week prior to your scheduled
arrival date.
Bungalow, Western and all Lodges 28 Days – to cancel your Kabin reservation, notify KOA 4 weeks
prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Charges:
A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline.
Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Holiday weekends there is NO refund for a reservation. Weekends require a 2 night minimum
stay for reservation, Labor Day and Memorial Day require a 3 night stay, and 4th of July requires
a 4 night stay.
